Terms of Service

Effective 9 October 2026. These terms govern your use of the Blockle open-source software, website, and the non-custodial exchange. By using them you agree to the following. This is not legal or financial advice.

1. Non-custodial, self-responsibility

Blockle software is non-custodial: you alone hold your keys and control your funds. We cannot access, freeze, recover, or reverse your keys or transactions. If you lose your seed/password, your funds are permanently lost. Back up your secrets. On-chain transactions are irreversible.

2. "As is", no warranty

The software is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is open-source and, where labelled, beta — it may contain bugs. Test with small amounts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors are not liable for any loss (including loss of funds) arising from use of the software.

3. Crypto risk

Digital assets are volatile and risky. Smart-contract, bridge, network, counterparty, and regulatory risks can cause total loss. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Nothing here is investment advice.

4. The in-wallet AI agent

The optional AI trading agent acts only on your instructions and under your configured limits (spending caps, confirmations, kill switch) using an AI provider key you supply. You are responsible for its configuration and for every action you authorize. AI output can be wrong; the agent is experimental. We are not responsible for trades it executes with your authorization.

5. Exchange

The exchange is a non-custodial venue: trades settle wallet-to-wallet via atomic swaps; we never hold user funds. A small protocol fee may apply per trade/listing as shown in the interface. You are responsible for the assets you list and trade.

6. Your compliance

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including tax, securities, and sanctions law. You must not use Blockle if you are barred by applicable sanctions or law, and must not use it for illegal activity, fraud, or to evade KYC/sanctions/geographic restrictions. Some features may be gated or unavailable in certain regions.

7. No intermediary / open source

Blockle is open-source software (see GitHub). Running a public website or interface does not make us a custodian, broker, exchange operator, or money transmitter for your self-custodied activity. You may inspect, build, and run the code yourself.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use means acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
